I’m one of those crazy people that love to wrap presents, I find it so relaxing… I know I’m crazy! Each Christmas I change my theme (although the last few years have been some variation of neutral tones) and this Christmas I decided to continue with that theme. I wanted black and brown paper with a textured white paper to add to the mix. I knew that finding black and brown would be easy but I had a hard time finding the perfect white. I ended up finding it at Target. It has HoHoHo written in black with polka dots.
When it comes to ribbon I love to look at Home Goods or Marshalls. They always have pretty and unique options. They also have great gift wrap and other accents but make sure to stock up once they bring in their holiday items because they sell out fast. Similar options linked below.
For the accents, I like to play around with it. I used a mix of greens and dried oranges, I’ve also used cinnamon sticks in the past. I bought the greens from Trader Joes and made the dry oranges, which was super easy (how-to linked below).
Having a theme can be fun and also looks pretty under the tree! It doesn’t have to be crazy either, it can be simple. I’ve found that adding greens goes a long way and immediately elevates any package.
