Normally I prefer coffee, but lately I&#8217;ve been switching it up with a matcha green tea latte&#8211; it just depends on how I feel that day.  I&#8217;ve noticed a difference in my energy and I feel less jittery than I do with coffee. I also don&#8217;t feel guilty for making multiple cups in a day if I need more energy. I still love the way coffee tastes and wont give it up, but it&#8217;s nice to have another option to get you through the day.
