You don\u2019t need to have a bunch of clothes either. I find that if you have a great foundation of basics, you only need a few pieces that compliment them. I don\u2019t think I need to go into detail why having a good pair of jeans is essential, we all know why it&#8217;s important. You don\u2019t have to spend a fortune either &#8211; I\u2019ve found some great pairs at Zara (although it\u2019s not always the case). Once you find a brand that works well, it&#8217;s easy to trust that most of their styles will feel good on you. For me it has to be the right length, material, and fit &#8211; it took me awhile to find the perfect one. I had a few that were cheap and lasted a year or two. I also hated wearing them because they looked cheap. I rather spend $100 or more on something that will last me forever and look good &#8211; I feel this way with most things. A black blazer can be worn all year round and easily elevates any outfit. Having a strappy heel is a must, even if you don\u2019t love wearing heels. They dress up any outfit and make it sexier. They don\u2019t need to be 4 inch heels either. There are so many cute kitten heels if that is more your vibe. I finally splurged on a couple (and when I mean splurge they were $60-80, not over $100). It\u2019s important to find one that is comfortable and fits you well. You\u2019re probably thinking its a white tee, how easy can it be to fu*k it up. Well, let me tell you, it&#8217;s very easy &#8211; fit is everything!! A white tee is something that you can wear with a pair of shorts or jeans, you can dress it up or down. You can add a jacket or blazer over it. It\u2019s easy to add accessories like a panama hat, ball cap, chunky necklace, etc. to make it your own.
